REPORTING TO AGM Tour & Tour Manager
Job Purpose - Tour executive looks for arrangements of seminars, training, conferences, and events; coordination books the tickets, hotel and venues on requirement of the internal department. A tour executive will also resolve queries of the department employees regarding tour.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●Responsible for planning & organizing travel and tours for the school.
●Responsible for smooth implementation of tour plan ensuring the complete safety & security.
●Responsible for all the arrangements including logistics, permissions, confirmations, planning, damage control, food etc.
●Coordination with the location staff for required support.
●Supervising setup operations
●Supervising any support or opening acts
●Ensuring venue is ready to open on time by supervising sound check times
●Preparing the tour book (itinerary) which contains information such as venue details, hotel details, promoter details, show schedule and daily travel details.

●Having public relations skills.
●Bachelor´s Degree or Master’s Tourism Management or a related field.
●Having 2-4 years of working experience in Tourism Department.
●Preference will be given to the candidate worked with Education Sector.
