Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated TGT Physics Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network in Shimoga. This is a mid-level, full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The candidate should have expertise in teaching physics and be able to create an engaging learning environment. The role involves curriculum design, facilitating laboratory experiments, and employing educational technology tools to enhance student learning.


Qualifications and Skills

  • B.ed (Mandatory skill) for delivering pedagogical expertise specific to Physics education.
  • TGT (Mandatory skill) qualification necessary to teach at the secondary education level.
  • MSC (Mandatory skill) in Physics or related field for subject matter expertise.
  • Experience in Physics curriculum design to create effective teaching plans and materials.
  • Laboratory experiment facilitation skills for guiding students in safe and accurate experiment execution.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology tools to support innovative teaching methods and learning processes.
  • Skill in differentiated instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and styles in a classroom setting.
  • Strong lesson planning abilities to develop comprehensive and engaging syllabi and lesson plans.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive Physics lessons that align with the school's curriculum frameworks.
  • Create a stimulating and motivating classroom environment for students to explore the principles of Physics.
