Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network in Solapur. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in English or Sanskrit and capable of teaching Maths at the TGT level. A B.Ed degree is also required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of teaching experience, preferably within a reputed educational institution.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in teaching Sanskrit.
• Experience in teaching Mathematics at the TGT level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics and student behaviors effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and other resources as necessary.
• Assess students' performance and development regularly and provide appropriate feedback.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Manage classroom behavior in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational environment and improve teaching strategies.
