We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our esteemed educational institution, Podar Education Network. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. The role is based in Davanagere, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Teacher with 4 to 6 years of teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
• Patience and a positive attitude towards students of all abilities.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Familiarity with differentiating instruction to meet individual student needs.
• Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and evaluate student performance.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
• Prepare and deliver effective lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
