Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Pune, specifically in Wakad and Ambegaon locations. This full-time position invites candidates who can bring their expertise in recruitment to support our expanding network of educational institutions. You will work within the Human Resources team to ensure the hiring of exceptional talent that aligns with our values and educational advancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is required to effectively manage and strategize recruitment processes. (Mandatory skill)
- Proven experience in recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring, crucial for meeting our institutional staffing demands. (Mandatory skill)
- In-depth knowledge of boolean search techniques to efficiently source and identify top talent from vast candidate pools.
- Experience using Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain a structured and engaging recruitment pipeline.
- Expertise in employer branding to effectively represent and promote Podar as a premier employment destination.
- Proficient with interview scheduling software to manage time-sensitive and effective interview arrangements.
- Strong communication skills to articulate and communicate the institution’s vision and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Ability to collaborate with senior management to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with institutional goals.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with departmental heads to identify personnel requirements and recruitment plans.
