Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a mid-level position to join our dynamic team at Podar Education Network. This full-time role is based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Delhi, or Hyderabad. The position involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, and managing the hiring pipeline to support the educational growth mission of Podar Education Network.

- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
- Proficient negotiation skills to manage offers and successfully onboard candidates.
- Solid understanding of hiring processes to efficiently fill multiple roles within tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
