Job Overview

Podar Education Network is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at the Ambegaon location. This is a full-time, mid-level position suitable for candidates with up to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the best talents to support our staff and educational services.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong recruitment skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close offers and ensure candidate alignment
  • Experience with campus recruitment and campus hiring strategies
  • Proficiency in walk-in management for scheduled recruitment events
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for maintaining candidate records
  • Expertise in mass hiring to handle large volumes of open positions efficiently
  • Ability to conduct bulk hiring to satisfy seasonal or high-volume staffing needs
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with candidates and team members


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to align with the job requirements
  • Lead campus recruitment and hiring activities to attract fresh talents from universities and colleges
  • Manage and coordinate walk-in recruitment events to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Use HRIS to track and manage candidate information and hiring status
  • Execute mass and bulk hiring strategies to meet the company's staffing demands
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through continuous market research
