Job OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level TA Executive to join our Mumbai office at Podar Education Network. The role is full-time, requiring 3 to 4 years of experience. This position is critical for sourcing candidates and managing the talent acquisition process to support our expanding educational network.
- Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in candidate sourcing, utilizing various methods to identify potential candidates for open positions (Mandatory skill)
- Possession of an MBA degree which is crucial for understanding dynamic business environments and practices (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in recruiting with a demonstrated ability to successfully interview, hire, and onboard new talent (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems to efficiently manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ability to effectively schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process
- Expertise in managing talent pipelines, maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future needs
- Competence in job offer negotiation, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for new hires
- Skills in developing employer branding strategies to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track applicants, document interview feedback, and report hiring metrics
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of candidates for key positions
- Conduct screening interviews with candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and compatibility with the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining a seamless interview experience
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, balancing candidate expectations with company policies
- Implement employer branding initiatives to promote Podar as a preferred employer in the education sector
