- Experience in structuring and facilitating a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with solid data analysis capabilities to improve recruitment efficacy and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with potential candidates and collaborate with internal teams seamlessly.
- Ability to manage and maintain a candidate database, ensuring it is current and reflective of current hiring needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for existing and future staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement to onboarding.
