Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM-related field
- Previous experience in teaching STEM subjects is preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of STEM concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and motivating students
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in using technology tools and software related to STEM education
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
- Organizational and time management skills
- Certifications or training in STEM education is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach and facilitate learning in the fields of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive STEM lessons to students
- Create and implement innovative teaching methods and strategies to enhance student learning
- Provide guidance and support to students in their STEM projects and experiments
- Promote a positive learning environment and foster a love for STEM subjects
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and prepare progress reports
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in STEM education
- Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
