This mid-level, full-time position is ideal for educators with a maximum of 6 years of work experience who are enthusiastic about robotics and computer education. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• A maximum of 6 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing STEM curriculum.
• Experience as a Computer Teacher (Mandatory skill)
• Experience as a Robotics Teacher (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of robotics and automation principles.
• Experience in managing and conducting ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) sessions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students in hands-on learning activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging STEM lessons for students at various educational levels.
• Mentor and guide students in robotics projects and competitions.
• Manage and oversee ATL lab activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Integrate technology and interactive tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to create a cohesive curriculum.
• Continuously assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and participate in STEM-related events, workshops, and seminars.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in STEM education and implement best practices.
