We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students and creating a positive learning environment. This is a full-time position based in Samastipur, Bihar, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a School Teacher
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
• Valid teaching certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject(s) being taught (English, Maths, Chemistry, SST, TGT English, Mother Teacher)
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Patient, compassionate, and supportive approach towards students
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students based on the curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
• Assess and evaluate student performance using various assessment tools
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and development
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic performance
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
