Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Level School Counsellor for our Podar locations in Hadapsar Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. This is a Full-Time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves providing guidance and support to students to promote their mental and emotional well-being within an educational setting. Candidates will work closely with students to address their challenges and assist in their overall development.

Purpose of Job

Counseling Psychologists should be expert problem solvers with good diagnostic skills. This requires a highly analytical mindset and the ability to understand people on a psychoanalytic level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Counseling children’s and parents,

● Applied various Psychometric testing and treatment,

● Plan workshops,

● Design IEP’s for individual special need child.

● Conducting sessions and workshop with Children, Parents and Teachers.

● Create and maintain database of counseling cases.

Skills Required

● Good observational skills and attention to detail.

● Exceptional interpersonal skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.

● Highly analytical mindset.

Education and Work Experience

● Bachelor’s degree/ Post graduation degree In Clinical Psychology.

● 1-2 yrs. Experience of working as psychological counselor
