Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Recruiter with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based in Wakad, Pune, and Akola. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles within our educational institutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards and social media (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and ensure the best fit for both candidates and the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven talent acquisition skills with a strong track record of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit and potential.
  • Experience in candidate screening to identify the best talent efficiently.
  • Strong networking abilities to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
