Job Overview

Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Primary Supervisor for its Muzaffarpur location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves overseeing the pre-primary section and ensuring a high standard of early childhood education.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the pre-primary section
• Implement and monitor the curriculum for nursery, lkg, and ukg classes
• Provide training and support to pre-primary teachers to ensure high teaching standards
• Develop and maintain a nurturing and engaging learning environment
• Evaluate and enhance teaching methodologies to improve student outcomes
• Coordinate with parents to discuss the progress of their children and address any concerns
