Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pre School Headmistress in Miraj for a full-time, mid-level position. The candidate will oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of early childhood education. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and possess essential skills in early childhood and preprimary education supervision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Early Childhood Education (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in developing and implementing curriculum strategies for young learners to foster their growth effectively.
- Preprimary Coordinator (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and coordinating preprimary level educational activities with emphasis on quality and innovation.
- Pre School Supervisor (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to supervise and guide teaching staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient educational environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead a team of educators, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence in teaching practices.
- Head Teacher: Experience in managing classroom environments, ensuring effective teaching delivery, and maintaining discipline and decorum.
- Coordinator: Skilled in coordinating educational activities, ensuring cohesive efforts in achieving preschool objectives and nurturing young minds.
