Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Fresher to join Podar Education Network as a Nursery Teacher in Arsikere, Hassan. The full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about impacting young minds with early childhood education. The candidate should have 0 to 1 year of work experience and will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children's growth and development.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding of child development stages and appropriate activities (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong lesson planning skills to create age-appropriate learning experiences.
  • Classroom management ability to maintain an effective learning environment.
  • Creativity in designing engaging and innovative educational activities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with children and parents.
  • Empathy and patience to address the varied needs of young children, ensuring a supportive environment.
  • Exceptional patience when dealing with young children and their unique demands (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a diverse range of activities to encourage early childhood development.
  • Establish a respectful and supportive classroom environment that fosters inclusivity.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
  • Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities and lessons that engage young learners.
  • Assist in developing children's social skills by facilitating cooperative play and interaction.
  • Monitor children's progress and assess developmental milestones regularly.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during school hours.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training workshops.
