Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Marathi Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. The position is full-time and based in Nashik, Deolali, or Sangamner. This junior-level role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of teaching experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Marathi language and literature to our students, planning lessons, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Marathi language
• In-depth knowledge of Marathi literature
• 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in Marathi language
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience and empathy towards students, ensuring an inclusive learning environment
• Qualification in Primary Teacher (PRT) for Marathi language
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver effective lessons in Marathi language
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
