Job Description – Legal Executive / Legal Officer.
Location: Parel.
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university and preferably having knowledge in Labour Law Compliance.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Legal Executive with 2-3 years of experience in legal drafting,
contract review, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong command
of legal terminology, excellent drafting skills, and a keen eye for detail. The role involves
preparing and reviewing various legal documents while ensuring compliance with relevant
laws and regulations. The conditions should have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Assist in preparation of POA, resolution, reply to notices, Addendum letters, Supplemental Deed, Correction Deed etc.
- To act as support and back of the legal team.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel on legal matters.
- Maintain organized records of legal / compliance documentation.
- Should have sound knowledge of labour laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university and preferably done course in Labour Law Compliance.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract management, or corporate law.
- Knowledge of Contract Laws & Labour Laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
