We at Podar International School - Ludhiana is looking for a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE

Job description

· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).

· Greet and welcome visitors/guests/parents.

· Answer questions and address their queries and concerns.

· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

· Follow ups for fees payment status.

· Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.

· Looking after Email and other mode of inquiries.

· Check, sort and forward emails.

· Take up other duties as assigned .

Requirements

· Graduate with 1+ years of proven experience as front desk representative, Receptionist or relevant position

· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.).

· Proficient in English (oral and written).

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
