Job Overview:
Podar Education Network is seeking a Front Desk Executive for our Davanagere location. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, fulfilling administrative duties, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. This is a key position within our organization, contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our educational institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and handle inquiries efficiently or direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and manage calendars for staff and meeting rooms.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and basic correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
- Work closely with the administrative team to support various office activities and special projects as required.
