Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Float Teacher for our locations in Andheri and Kalyan. This junior-level role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The float teacher will be responsible for supporting classrooms, providing coverage where needed, and collaborating with teaching staff to deliver high-standard education.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in child development to understand and nurture children's growth effectively.
  • Proficient in classroom management to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Strong lesson planning skills to organize and influence daily classroom activities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
  • Experience as a pre-primary teacher to accommodate early educational settings.
  • Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCED) as a fundamental requirement.
  • Adaptability to switch roles and support various classrooms is essential for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage across classrooms and support lead teachers in maintaining educational quality.
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans, ensuring continuity and compliance with the curriculum.
  • Monitor and report student progress, addressing individual needs within diverse age groups.
  • Facilitate an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere that promotes academic growth.
  • Collaborate with staff for coordinated activities and collective teaching efforts.
