Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level English Teacher with a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience for our Ichalkaranji location. This is a full-time position where the candidate will be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering quality education through integrity. The ideal candidate should have essential skills in teaching English effectively, fostering a positive learning environment, and be passionate about shaping the future of students.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is required.
  • A Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of teaching experience in an academic setting.
  • Proficient in Teaching General Training (TGT) English.
  • Fluent communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
  • Experience as an English Faculty in reputed institutions or schools.
  • Capability to integrate innovative teaching methods for better student engagement.
  • Passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Must have skills: English Teacher (Mandatory skill).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
  • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure academic growth.
  • Facilitate classroom discussions to enhance students' critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
  • Coordinate with other educators to develop and implement interdisciplinary learning projects.
  • Mentor and support students individually to ensure their overall development.
  • Organize extracurricular activities and educational field trips to supplement classroom learning.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to address student needs and progress effectively.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching trends and methodologies.
  • Maintain and manage classroom records, including attendance and graded assignments.
