Job Overview

The role is a Fixed-Term-Employment/Contract position, focusing on student admissions and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills along with experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred Female candidate with excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential students and parents (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents to explain academic programs and services offered.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring seamless onboarding of new students.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and enhance the institution's visibility.
- Participate in educational fairs and marketing events to represent the institution and gather prospective leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
- Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or in-person, providing necessary information and guidance.
- Maintain records of student interactions and progress using CRM software for efficient follow-up and reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing open days, workshops, and informational sessions for prospective students and their families.
