Job Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counselor for our branch in Latur. This is a fixed-term employment position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, ensuring their smooth transition into our educational programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and be a key contributor to our institution's growth and community building.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students and their families through the entire admission process, ensuring they understand the school's offerings and requirements.
  • Implement targeted outreach strategies to build and sustain a pipeline of prospective students for enrollment.
  • Conduct informative sessions and tours, showcasing the institution's strengths and unique educational environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events that highlight the school's programs and achievements.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to queries and concerns raised by potential students and their guardians.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of prospective student interactions and progress through CRM system.
  • Participate in school fairs, open houses, and other promotional events as a representative of the institution.
  • Ensure all admission-related activities comply with the school's policies and maintain the integrity of the process.
