Job Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counselor for a full-time position at our Nanded, Aurangabad, and Osmanabad locations. The Admission Counselor will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. The role requires a blend of communication and sales skills to effectively present our educational offerings.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to manage and drive the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Excellent sales skills to attract prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Marketing skills to promote the school's programs and values effectively.
  • Experience in school branding to represent the institution positively in the community.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques to reach a broader audience.
  • Familiarity with school admission processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Only Female candidate preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students and families through the entire admissions process.
  • Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about the school's programs and values.
  • Conduct campus tours and meetings with prospective students and their families.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote admissions and enhance the school's brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns to attract potential students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student information and application statuses.
  • Participate in local community events to raise awareness about the school's offerings.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Principal and Marketing Department regarding enrollment numbers and marketing effectiveness.
