Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Admission Counsellor for our Bhiwandi location. This is a contract position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will assist in the admissions process, provide guidance to prospective students and their parents, and ensure a seamless admission experience.

- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey information to students and parents.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Customer service skills to assist with inquiries and provide a welcoming admission experience.
- Sales skills to effectively present the benefits of Podar Education Network to prospective students.
- In-depth knowledge of the admissions processes, policies, and educational programs offered by Pods.
- Experience as an educational counsellor or school counsellor to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Proficiency in admission counselling to guide students through the application and enrollment procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist prospective students and their parents throughout the entire admissions process.
- Provide detailed information about educational programs, school policies, and admission requirements.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct school tours to showcase facilities and explain the offerings of Podar Education Network.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure they complete all necessary steps in the admission process.
- Collaborate with academic staff to stay updated on program changes and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission stats to assist in decision-making.
- Participate in admission meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance counselling skills.
