Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Admission Counsellor to join our team on a contract basis at our Ambernath location. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with prospective students and parents.

  • Knowledge of various educational programs offered by Podar Education Network to effectively advise prospective students.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students and their parents through the admissions process, providing information and answering queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and follow-up actions in the admissions system.
  • Organize and conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families.
  • Assist in planning and executing admission events such as open houses, fairs, and orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to stay informed about program offerings and admission requirements.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure all required documentation is submitted on time.
  • Provide weekly progress reports on admissions activity to the admissions manager.
