Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This is a full-time position based in Cuddapah, Andhra Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of facility management (FM) principles and practices
  • Experience in managing housekeeping services and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Proficient in general administration tasks and office management
  • Knowledge of transportation management and coordination
  • Excellent vendor management skills, including procurement and contract negotiations
  • Ability to oversee cafeteria operations and ensure efficient functioning
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
  • Ensure effective facility management by coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs
  • Oversee housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Manage transportation services, including vehicle maintenance and coordinating schedules
  • Handle vendor management, including procurement and contract negotiations
  • Oversee cafeteria operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Maintain records and documentation related to administrative tasks
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
