Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations ensuring efficient execution of processes and policies.
  • Provide support to staff and liaise with parents and students to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain personnel records, student files, and other administrative data ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events within the institution fostering smooth collaboration.
  • Assist in the implementation of new administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support financial processes such as budgeting, invoicing, and payroll to maintain financial integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and legal requirements in all aspects of administration.
