Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Admin Officer to join our team at Podar Education Network, specifically for locations in Jalandhar and Amritsar. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of work experience in a similar administrative role within educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in school admin activities and understanding of educational institution operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong vendor management skills to handle and negotiate with suppliers and service providers (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in transportation management to ensure safe and efficient transport services (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interact with staff, students, and parents.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative functions and ensure the seamless operation of school activities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
  • Coordinate transportation services for students, ensuring safety and efficiency in travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records and proper documentation for administrative tasks, including inventory and staff attendance.
  • Address and resolve any administrative issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations.
  • Implement and manage school security protocols to safeguard students, staff, and property.
  • Provide support to the school's leadership team in planning and executing various school events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination across the school.
