Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's talent acquisition and recruitment processes. This is a mid-level, full-time position located at our headquarters in Mumbai. You will work closely with our HR team to support various hiring and onboarding initiatives across our educational institutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, capable of effectively sourcing and recruiting top talent for our various educational institutions.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, specializing in bulk and mass hiring to efficiently meet the staffing needs of a large organization.
  • Proficiency in vendor management, ensuring quality recruitment services and building effective partnerships with external agencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with department heads and understand discrete hiring requirements across the network.
  • Expertise in employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into the organizational culture and processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy in the hiring process.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software to manage recruitment data and streamline processes efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Design effective recruitment strategies for bulk and mass hiring that align with the organization's staffing needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with educational departments to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with institutional goals and standards.
  • Cultivate strong vendor partnerships to enhance recruitment processes and maintain a consistent influx of high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee onboarding programs, fostering a seamless integration for new staff members into the Podar culture.
  • Utilize HR software and systems to manage recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Provide valuable insights and reporting on recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment to ensure a varied and balanced workforce across Podar Education Network.
