Product Manager

The right candidate will possess a strong Product Management background, an ability to come up with new ideas to enhance the existing products and will have experience launching multiple customer-facing products and features.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will play the pivotal role of defining product requirements and strategy for several feature offerings.
• Crucial role for applications integration platform
• Work with our engineering and operational stakeholders to create roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities with expertly crafted business requirements.
• Self-motivated individual responsible for scope, development and engineering efforts for our Saas offering.
• Conduct and evaluate market research, gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and marketing to craft market strategies and define relevant product feature sets, user stories, and outcomes for customers.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Unique talent to analyze complex product technical solutions.
• Lead planning meetings with engineering teams and provide leadership on direction of product developments.
• Communicate vision and goals of new products to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Application and Platform teams and communicate product strategy and functionality to them.
• Define, implement, and analyze success metrics.
• Work as the driving force for the design, development, and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.
• Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications.
• Ensure successful product releases.
• Fully competent in own area of expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience as product manager for customer facing products.
• Attention to detail & proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, simultaneously.
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
• Experience in software engineering.
• Mature approach to Product Management (5+ yrs of experience).
• Deep technical knowledge to provide excellent technical solutions.
