Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager (AM) Operations-Outbound Sales with a background in BPO Sales to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving performance improvement in our BPO sales department.


Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the operations of the BPO sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
