Job Title: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing LinkedIn accounts, building meaningful connections, and generating leads by engaging with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The ideal candidate is a quick learner, process-driven, open-minded, and possesses excellent English writing skills. This role requires a proactive individual willing to work behind the scenes, under a different name if necessary, with a focus on contributing to the success of LinkedIn Live events and other content distribution strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


LinkedIn Account Management:


Handle LinkedIn accounts with a focus on generating leads.

Build rapport with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through personalized and strategic outreach.

Content Distribution:


Distribute content effectively to targeted audiences.

Ensure timely and relevant sharing of content to enhance engagement.

Connection Management:


Send timely connection requests to potential leads.

Maintain a systematic approach to managing and organizing connections.

Company Page Management:


Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn page for maximum visibility.

Regularly update the page with relevant content and updates.

Contribution to LinkedIn Live Events:


Actively contribute to the success of LinkedIn Live events.

Engage with participants, answer queries, and enhance overall event experience.

Qualifications:


Tech-savvy individual with a strong understanding of LinkedIn.

Quick learner with an open-minded approach to new challenges.

Highly conscientious and process-driven.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Willingness to work under a different name and focus on team success rather than personal recognition.

Ability to generate leads by strategically building relationships with the Ideal Customer Profile.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Self-driven with a commitment to continuous self-study and upskilling.
