Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing professional to join our team at PMaps. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content marketing strategies to promote our assessment platform and attract entry-level job seekers. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful content marketing strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent creative writing and editing abilities
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
- Experience with blog writing, copywriting, and email marketing
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia content creation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns
Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and executing content marketing strategies to promote PMaps' assessment platform
- Creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to identify target audience and develop content strategies to attract entry-level job seekers
- Researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts
- Optimizing content for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic traffic
- Measuring and analyzing the performance of content marketing campaigns using relevant metrics
- Working closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content
- Monitoring and managing brand consistency across all content channels
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy of information
- Staying updated with new content marketing tools and trends to constantly improve the effectiveness of content strategies
