Key Responsibilities :
1. To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution along with Product pitching & on-site demonstration.
2. Presales, data calls, email campaigns, Scheduling and giving product demos, follow-ups on existing demos through calls/emails, and Maintaining various reports based on sales.
3. Completing the sales process and closing deals and taking regular follow-ups with warm prospects and clients
4. Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework
5. Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
6. Provide accurate and timely management information, including - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes
7. To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits. Ability to demonstrate Plus91 products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
8. You will need to travel to the client location for lead generation and for product demonstrations.
9. Coordination with Implementation, training and support team
Candidate Profile :
1. Strong Communication skills-Hindi & English
2. Ability to develop effective working relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departments such as sales, operations and product development. Organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
3. Ability to cope under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
4. Willingness to travel rigorously through sales territory
5. Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
Education and Experience:
Any Graduate
Min 2 years of experience in Sales
