As an ODM for some of the world's best-known PC brands, our R&D Manager will play a crucial role in driving innovation and product development. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in research and development in the technology industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing R&D teams.
• Strong knowledge of display technologies, board design and CAD tools.
• Experience with New Product Development and NPI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Manage and lead the R&D team to drive innovation and develop new technologies.
• Identify research opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic R&D plans.
