Key Responsibilities :

● Identify potential healthcare merchants to partner with and develop strategies to

engage them in partnerships with our organization

● Develop and manage relationships with healthcare merchants, including negotiating

contracts and managing ongoing partnerships

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and

promotional strategies to drive traffic and revenue for healthcare merchants.

● Analyze data and metrics related to healthcare merchant partnerships to identify

trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.

● Work with healthcare merchants to develop and implement joint programs and

initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.

● Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare

merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies

● Manage budgets and financial performance related to healthcare merchant

partnerships, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and developing action plans to

achieve financial targets.

● Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to healthcare

merchant partnerships, including data privacy and regulatory compliance.


Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

● At least 1 year of experience in partnership development OR business development, in

the healthcare industry

● Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data set

related to partnership development and revenue growth

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships

with healthcare merchants, industry associations, and regulatory bodies

● Experience in negotiating contracts and managing ongoing partnerships with

healthcare merchants

● Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment

● Experience with healthcare technology and software platforms is a plus.
