Key Responsibilities:

Timeline Management: 

  • Understand project scopes and determine the team's timeline and resource allocation. 
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables. 
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential delays or issues. 


Data Management: 

  • Oversee the organization and storage of project-related data in a systematic manner. 
  • Establish and maintain a centralized data bank for easy accessibility and reference. 
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout the project lifecycle.  


Vendor Coordination and Management: 

  • Coordinate with external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives. 
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with vendors to secure services within budget constraints. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 


Assist in Creative Shoots: 

  • Provide on-site support during creative shoots, ensuring all aspects of the production run smoothly. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the shoot process. 
  • Address immediate challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure the shoot's success.

Personality Traits required for the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management/ Marketing/Communication/related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and vendor interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for creating schedules, tracking progress, and managing resources.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in data management.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges during project execution. 
  • Experience in creative production processes, including shoots and content creation, is a plus.
