Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in business development or sales. The successful candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
- Analyze industry trends and gather competitive intelligence.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to senior sales team members.
- Client Engagement:
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule and participate in meetings, presentations, and calls with potential clients.
- Proposal and Presentation Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business development activities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Internships and relevant coursework will also be considered.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
