Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in business development or sales. The successful candidate will assist in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer needs.
  • Analyze industry trends and gather competitive intelligence.
  1. Lead Generation:
  • Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass them to senior sales team members.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings, presentations, and calls with potential clients.
  1. Proposal and Presentation Support:
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business development activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Internships and relevant coursework will also be considered.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
