Site Engineer act as day-to-day site activities on a construction site, and the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on it.

Roles and responsibilities:

·      Should be able to understand working drawings provided by various consultants and guide concerned agencies for execution.

·      Should be able to line out the site as per the drawings and plan the execution schedule as per requirement.

·      Candidate should be capable enough to handle the site on his own.

·      Necessary to have good knowledge of quantity estimation and preparing BOQs.

·      Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

·      Must have awareness of latest technology and machineries.

·      Engineer has to prepare / check RA bills of contractors and all suppliers.

·      Should be responsible for quality control and co - ordination between contractors and vendors.

·      He should prepare and maintain progress charts and schedule bars.

·      Honesty, politeness and good communication skills are essential.

·      The role also involves levelling and surveying a site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations

·      Should be a good team leader.

·      Develop, implement and improvement of the quality, health, safety and environmental systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

·      Its process & procedures to support the business operations should be carried out as per Quality Management Systems (QMS)

·      The requirements:

·      1) Qualifications                      : B.E. or Diploma (Civil)

·      2) Experience`                         : 01 to 3 years
