Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Front Office Assistant to join our team at Playotel Hotels. As a Front Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This is a full-time position located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun-filled environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide timely and efficient check-in and check-out services
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available
- Handle guest payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments
- Handle telephone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Assist in managing guest requests and special accommodations
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions
- Adhere to all safety and security measures and report any incidents or hazards
