Role and Responsibilities: ● Operations o Responsible for day to day operations activities such as Go karting, Bowling Alley, Laser Tag, Paintball, Climbing, Trampoline Park, Air Rifle shooting, Archery, ATV, etc o Ensure all activities are available at the allotted time and are at 100% operational capacity o Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment. o Conduct day briefing for activity supervisors to ensure smooth operations for the day’s events. o Responsible to prepare weekly and monthly maintenance roaster for activity. o Oversee the service provided in each activity as per our company standards. o Responsible for meeting full operating capacity of activities and Resolving customer’s issues with non-availability of slots o Recommend improvements to operational flows and reassigns staff as necessary o Perform other tasks as assigned ● Reports o Responsible for updating day to day sales of each activity. o Responsible for meeting sales target. o Responsible for creating and maintaining daily Reports. o Responsible for updating inventory reports and consumables usage reports. o Responsible for overseeing slots allocation reports and need to take necessary action for betterment of slots reservations. o Oversee consumables utilization to ensure optimal usage and prevent wastage o Ensure equipment is maintained properly to avoid down time and repairs. o Ensure inventory of consumables and spares are at an optimal level for every activity. ● Customer Service/ Customer flow o Customer experience is standardized through efficient process flows at all activities. o Performs daily walkthrough for cleanliness in Activity zone and to take action if required. o Customer feedback is recorded and to take necessary action against the feedback. o Ensure all customer touch points are as per standards expected at all times. o Ensuring that the customer have a positive and memorable experience every time they visit. Play Sports and Adventure Pvt Ltd 2 ● Safety- Customer and equipment o Ensure customer safety is uncompromised and paramount by ensuring proper instructions; safety videos/guidelines and safety equipment is properly worn. o Responsible for safety of equipment by ensuring equipment isn’t misused, preventive maintenance is carried out. o Briefing for supervisors on safety of customers and staff while in the activity Zone. ● Staff o Responsible for ensuring that all activities are optimally staffed and available at the allotted time. o Responsible for building a workforce that is responsive, participative and customer service oriented. o Coordination with Man power agencies regards to quality of man power. o Class room sessions for supervisors need to conducted on weekly basis. o Staff weekly off sheet need to be prepared monthly basis. Qualifications and Education Requirements ● Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) background or experience or interest ● Minimum 3 years experience in managerial position Preferred Skills ● Good Interpersonal and Communication skills ● Customer service orientation ● Teamwork and organizational skills ● Data Analysis - ability to develop actionable analysis based on data ● Detail oriented and creative ● Pro-active, self-motivated and problem solving skills
