Job Summary:
The Business Development Role have to approach targeted business clients actively set a pipeline and source new leads until getting them started. Manage relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research (analyse competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.). We’re seeking a quick learner and someone with a good overseas sales track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

• Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls and leads and Sales Closures
• Must have B2B, B2C experience
• Experience in working with a CRM
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Negotiating and renegotiating to close the deal.
• Providing round-the-clock support to customers.
• Understanding the requirement, do the online research of competitors, Customers, products and so on to get more insight.
• Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
• Convert leads to customers.
• Excellent analytical, listening and organizational skills & Selling skills
• Effective English verbal & written communication skills as you will be assisting US, UK & Canadian Customers
• Good team player
