Job Overview

We are seeking a Green Coffee Bean Production Executive to join our team in Kottayam. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves overseeing coffee bean processing and ensuring high-quality output, while adhering to our sustainable and ethical production practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in coffee processing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and execution in the food industry.
• Proficiency in food processing technology and techniques.
• Experience working with coffee boards and other regulatory bodies.
• Understanding of organic and sustainable farming practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in production processes.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with farmers and team members.
• Ability to work within the guidelines of fair trade and ethical production standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire green coffee bean production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and manage coffee processing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with farmers to source high-quality coffee beans and provide necessary support.
• Ensure compliance with organic, fair trade, and other relevant certification standards.
• Implement best practices in sustainable agriculture and production methods.
• Monitor and control production costs to achieve cost-effective operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports.
