Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our natural and organic food product line. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organic food products, a strong background in sales management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company and its products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of organic and natural food products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
