We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head - Real Estate to lead the sales function for Dates County and Farm Natura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth for our premium real estate and farmland projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and channel partners.
• Identify market trends, competition, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, negotiations, and closures.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align business goals.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8-15 years in real estate sales, preferably in luxury real estate or farmland projects.
• Education: MBA/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, revenue growth, and team management.
• Strong Network: Existing connections with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools, data analytics, and digital sales strategies.
• Leadership & Strategy: Ability to drive business growth through innovative sales techniques.
