We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive our farmland sales initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and driving sales operations for Farm Natura. The role requires a deep understanding of the real estate and farmland sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract potential investors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in farmland or plot sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales analytics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
