Job Summary: 

 Planet Green Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. As a leading real estate open plotting company, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about real estate sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop strategies to drive sales growth. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 - Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide training, mentoring, and support to enhance their performance. 

- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans. 

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. 

- Market Research: Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities. 

- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. 

- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 

  

Qualifications and Skills: 

 - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 

- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry. 

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. 

- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends. 

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies. 

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 

- Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
